Re: PeterLalic - P.L. Chess Endgame Course #22 R V P [10:34] i was watching your video, and in the first example with the given position there was a checkmate in 2. Was you move the rook off the file, say to d8 (although any square d8-h8 would work) the black king moves to b1 (only move) and then the rook moves to d1 (or any square d1 though h1) with checkmate. notice the king has no squares, but is blocked by the white king.
