I like these, they are fun little videos. The problem I have is the point of the capture screen for the display in the list, it often shows things like this. For example in a lot of 5-minute games videos you can see the result of the game before even starting the game.

I wish there was a way for the video poster to select the start screen, or maybe even submit an image, for the picture that shows up in the lists. I think this may be a big problem for such short videos like these.

I think the series is great, keep it up!

Arrgh!- That bites! I'll contact admin and see if he can do anything about it. As you say, it affects more than just my little videos.

I agree. I hope that there is something that can be done. I would like the capture to be much sooner than at 2 minutes into the video. I think somewhere around 15-30 seconds would be much better. In that way we can have the opening title screen show in the list rather than some random position for those of us who like to put a little effort into such things.

Still, I like the series regardless. I solved this puzzle quickly because of this quirk in the current system, still, it's pretty pretty pretty neat.

i like the video preview, sometimes u get a sneak peek at curtains' blitz game before purchasing.. otherwise it is pretty much a blind buy.

Well, katar will be disappointed (sorry, man) but Admin has moved the thumbtack to the 2 -second mark so hopefully that issue is dealt with.

I understand Katar's point though, I looked at Greg's thumbtack to see what opening he played. Hopefully he or someone else will put it in the tag line.

I understand katar's point too. OTOH, I think I remember Greg saying he didn't want his videos tagged by opening to make it harder for opponents to use the videos to prepare against him.
