You handled the opening pretty well

But I really like white after
4.exd5 and black has to loose even more time which he used already a lot on the flank moves to fianchetto. So after either capture you can later play Nf3 c4 ( this can be delayed or even blocked by Nc3 to play for development) with tempo! Nc3 and you have a huge lead in development and quite an advantage in the centre. You can even sacrifice your d pawn to open lines on his exposed king.
Anyway e5 is fair enough too. I don't like
4. ...Nc6 from black it blocks the c pawn and lacks flexibility. Black no longer has a counter in the center. After Nc6 I think
5.e6 is a very nice pawn sacrifice to break blacks kingside! You'll get the pawn back anyway and black will have problems on the light squares since his bishop is doing who knows what on the queenside. Also notice that fxe fails for tactical reasons because of Qh5!+ and black is busted. So this is not even a sacrifice!
5. ...f6 was just absolutely horrible. Black is so behind in development and he weakens the lightsquares when his bishop is on the other part of the world! He will have huge problems on the e8-h5 diagonal
6. 0-0 is a really good move! If only you took the knight later with dxe he would have had a horrible position. Qh5+ is coming so g6 is forced and it's pretty clear that black is going to the wrong direction in this game
