Thanks Dennis. I remember going over this game out of Informator (I believe, man that was a long time ago!) without a board, I was totally lost and never did set it up on a chessboard. I am glad you presented it here.

I don't know what it is about the Tarrasch line for White, I tried it but just couldn't get comfortable positions. I like, and more importantly, understand the ideas behind Nc3, but Nd2 still leaves me scratching my head even though I did give it some serious thought for a couple months worth of study. I guess there are just things I was never meant to understand :roll:

Very nice. I've never seen white bringing his king out to g3 in these lines before, it looks a bit crazy!
