I should have mentioned armis too! His endgame video is great, and I think he's planning to make more of them.

Wow, a flurry of commentary videos! Unfortunately I'm on my laptop at a public library right now, so I can't listen yet But I can't wait to see the game when I get home tomorrow.

Josh, I'd like to set up another dual commentary game. Do you have an FICS account? If so, maybe we can arrange a time to play together. I'm available on most nights at 11p, and on most mornings.

Wow, for everyone else out there...BKildahl posted this message at roughly the same time as I sent him a PM asking about playing tomorrow. So there will be a new dual commentary video sometime tomorrow night!
Based on what I've seen of his videos though, I'm a little nervous.

Just Excellent!!
I don't know if you guys know how much this means to beginners as myself, I can't say it enough how great it is to hear what your thoughts are as you play, it gives me a much better understanding of " the game " & more confidence
I also hope to make a video in the future, & look forward to many more of yours.

Interesting game and well played, BKildahl. Because you don't mention it in your comment, I wonder if you have realized, that not one single piece was captured until move 20! That's quite unusual, isn't it?

Thanks, guys.
Yes, grampus. It's unusual to go without a capture for the first 20 moves, but it's more common in closed games than open ones I think, and I play a lot of closed games, so it happens more often to me than to a lot of other players.
