Thanks Dan and JoshSpecht for your help making this work!

Was it any good? Were there any problems with explanations, maby they were not that clear? Is there a problem with my accent, maby i pronounce some words bad?I'll make more videos in the future!! So you probably wouldnt like to watch more crap :) , the solution is simple - help me improve so that you would enjoy it as much as i did (learned a lot of english too 8) )Sorry about the g pawn, it got sort of stuck when i explained the h6 structure, i wanted it to go up to g5

If you have any comments they are more than welcome, please express your opinion. I would love to see like hundrent of them :)

I learned a lot and your explanations are very clear! You seem to have a deep chess understanding. Keep on posting and don't worry about your english (it's very good!).

armis,

very good video & game!:)

Thorough analysis, you explained yourself well.

Also I liked when you said " you may want to pause & find the move/s yourself " :D

Look forward to more of your videos.

Very nice Video indeed. I like your accent, don't try to sound american, accent is a good thing:)

Good game !

Also, slightly off-topic maybe.. I was wondering, since your from lithuania, if you got cheap coca-cola? Yes, I read somewhere that lithuania got the cheapest over-all prices in europe. So, we got this idea of buying a truck and fill it with coca-cola from lithuania and then > sell it in norway! This plan couldn't fail we thought. But it's hard to get a hold of a lithuanian wholesaler, we also heard they are all mafia and we don't want to get killed and robbed when we arrive. Could you, I don't know.. but what is your thoughts on this master plan? If we got a wholesaler, would he be trustworthy? Do you have any tips, do you know a lithuanian-coca-cola-wholesaler maybe even? Maybe you could be our translator-guide too (we pay ofcourse  )!

Good video and well played!

As good as this video is....the scheme involving Lithuanian coca-cola just might be better.

I'm reminded of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer and Neuman loaded up a "borrowed" mail truck with plastic bottles to get 5 more cents out of them by recycling them in Michigan!

Thank you for your comments

Robert_T i'll try to put more of those stop the video moments. It will be more interesting and instructive i believe.

Kox i almost feel off my chair :) Sorry, but i don't know much about that. I don't think it's very likely you'll get killed :), the problem is that lithuanians who go abroad seem to commit a lot of crimes and get in trouble very often. So we got this bad reputation of being criminals.

Yes, suggesting pauses is brilliant. You're a natural! Not to mention your video is in color. My black and white videos are stuck in the 1950's.

You know a lot about the French defense. Do you have experience on both sides? A French defense opening video would be awesome. Anyways, your explanations are very very clear....this is great to watch.

Thanks
Nop, but i always play e4 and face the french quite often ( we are now playing a game on this site with Razboi in the french defence :), you might want to check that out and help us analyze later )
And I always go for the sicilian with black

I learn openings by facing them in my correspondence games. If the guy plays something against me what i do is i pick up a book about that line, read annotated games and once i understand the themes i play the game. Simple, effective and fun

I might do an opening video later, but i am not much of an expert in openings. I try to focus on middlegames, tactics, endgames and so on. Then playing an opening i try to go for the simplest set ups, just to get my pieces out and then play the best moves for the rest of the game

Wow, it looks like you've gained a lot of experience from correspondence games! I always had the feeling that my over the board chess would improve once I started playing correspondence chess.
