Again excellent and very good examples! Especially liked the one with Qxg4, Rh5+ and Rh4+

Your final example presents a deceptively clever pitfall, however not entirely accurate...

After 2...Qxg4!, White counters the mate threat with 3.Qxd6 [giving up the Knight]
Play might continue...
3...Qf5 4.Qb8+ Re8 5.Qxa7 Rxb4 -+], or
3...Qf4 4.Qb8+ Re8 5.Qb5 R4e5 -+]

3.f3 looks promising at first [counter-attacking Queen and Rook], but after ...Ng3+! 4.Kg1,
Black can provoke a series of powerful piece exchanges! NxRf1 5.hxQg4 NxQf2 6.fxRe4 Nxc4,
trading down towards a winning endgame. [very exciting play!]

Lesson Learned: "Examine All Checks, Captures, and 'Direct' Threats." [Remember, verbatim!]

I enjoyed your tactical examples and thought provoking analysis.

Thanks for watching and commenting.

I think someone on my YouTube site said something about this example too. I can't remember. I will look into your line as soon as I get a chance. I pulled this example out of a book, so I have no idea of it's accuracy (maybe I should have checked it with Fritz first). I think the examples were made up just to convey the concept.

I am glad you enjoyed it and Thanks Again for your imput!
