Nice game. I liked your opening, and I'm having issues with my endings as well.

hi Dillon
I have a question for you , Why didnt you take his d5 pawn instead of exchanging ? would that be a stupid thing to do?
Thanks for the video.

At 1 of the posistions where you have just moved your queen up pretty close to his king. You say that the only piece that can really kick it is the queen. So then if you take his queen, and he takes back, you have a fork with the knight at the king and rook. Srry if you dont get where i am talking about. I really like your humor and commentry! Keep up the good work!

When your time to think is at about 8:46 or something like that, you could have moved your bishop to e4 forking his rook and his pawn. You took the a6 or a5 pawn instead of donig that. The a5/a6 pawn is trapped and you can take it at any time you want to.

At the time 6:39, when he moved his rook to attack your pawn in the center, you should have pushed the pawn making it into a very powerful support point for the knight backed up by your rooks. You would have a good attaking chance then.

Hello Dillon;
An excellent video ... the commentary was very good. You expressed yourself very well. I do have a tactical question though instead of exchanging the knights and black bishop early in the game would playing knight takes pawn been good? I haven't played the french in years so I am not up on what goes where, perhaps I am missing something.
I look forward to seeing more of your work!
Cordially,
William H. Nulf
