I love to see all 5 pawns rush down the board like that... so pretty.

Dubious opening play from my opponent, followed by boneheaded play from myself, and top it off with a glorious swindle at the end....
As bad as my play was during most of this game. I thought the final idea with b4, Kb2, and Rd3 made up for it.

This has gotta be the best finish to a game I've ever had....check out the mate:
A queen sac followed by Ne2#:

I can't let Josh be the only one bragging about his swindles..here's a 15 0 I just played on FICS vs a 1999. I played my normal Qd6 scandinavian, got in some trouble, defended well enough to survive and create a glorious ending. Enjoy!!

I love the smothered mate.

Another sweet finish:
White to move and win with a fancy mate (or just a massive material gain).

Very pretty, Josh. Congratulations!
I haven't looked at the game yet, but here's my answer to the problem in the diagram. I don't see how Black escapes mate:
Hidden Text Below - [Show it] - [Hide it Again]
1. Rd7+ Bxd7 (if 1... Kb8 2. Nc6#) 2. Rxd7+ Kb8 (if 2... Kc8 3. Nd6+ Kb8 3. Nc6#) 3. Nd6 and we've reached the final denoument:
If 3... Rxe5 4. Rb7#
If 3... Ra7 4. Nc6+ Ka8 5. Rxa7#
If 3... anything-else 4. Rb7# or 4. Nc6#
L8erz...

Well... it wasn't pretty but it effectively got the job done.
