Post Easy puzzle...
I composed it myself, although I seriously doubt that it hasn't been composed before.

Chess board: 8/6p1/8/8/6NB/8/5K2/7k w - - 0 1
White to move and mate in 6.

I love it! Solution included so Phobetor doesn't think I just cheat and always look at his solution ;)

Kornrade, this is a really cool puzzle and the fact that you composed it is even better. I've really been enjoying your puzzles :)

Josh, you have funny pawns. 1... g6, 2... g5, 3... gxh4, 4... h6, 5... h7... Where's that pawn going? It changed it's mind and joined the white pieces after all?

Well, I do know some more, although not composed by me...
But, since you ask, here is another easy one
Chess board: 2kr4/K1pp4/8/8/8/8/7Q/3R4 w - - 0 1
White to move and mate in 2.
if you know where this puzzle comes from, please share.

(I have a puzzle in mind, but it doesn't quite work yet)

Very nice! I like these because you're right that they're sort of easy, but the solution is very attractive.

Once again not mine...
Chess board: 8/2P1P1P1/3PkP2/8/4K3/8/8/8
White to move and mate in ... for a change, find the shortest mate :)

I've seen both of your puzzles before. The solution to the second would be:

Hidden Text Below - [Show it] - [Hide it Again]

I know two good books for beautiful chess puzzles:
- "Man en paard" ~ Robert Timmer (Dutch, 1994)
- "Chessboard Magic!" ~ Irving Chernev (English, 1943, see http://www.amazon.com/Chessboard-Magic- ... 544&sr=8-1)

They're amazing and worth 300% of the money. Both are hard to get, so if you can get them somewhere, don't hesitate to buy them :) (the second one is available second-hand from Amazon.com for reasonable prices)
