Mate with 2 knights

Qe6+ Be7 Qxe7#

Kh1 Bxg2#

Fried Liver

Well, this game was 20 moves but didn't end in checkmate; however, there's forced mate in 1 or 2 moves.

How about this one? I played this game last month.
I was white. Granted, my opponent blundered especially near the end, but it is a mate in 15 moves...

I got a couple more - this one from the other night - (not the cleanest - I needed him to blunder - but that happens in the Scotch Gambit)

I also got lucky in a gameknot game - got a Legall's (was studing the Art of the Checkmate for a bit - useful book) - nothing like preprogramming 2 conditional moves knowing you're gonna get checkmate ;)

Post Re: Checkmates in 20 moves or less
here's something a little different - me getting mated -

the kingside attack with Bh6 weakening my dark squares has always been an issue - this guy basically did it flawlessly - (while I choked a time or two) - It seems the only real defense when it gets rolling is Re1 and prepare an escape for the king to Kf8 and get ready to get chased - but he played this one almost flawlessly he was 1480 to my 1260 - he picked me - guess he wanted an easy fight :)

Qd8 is the proper defense I believe. My sacrifice was not sound, but it lead to a smothered mate
