" We got a reaallllllllllllll talker over here........" ( lol) have you seen that commercial? If I find a link I will provide it to you.
The Nc6 line is very complex, one of my best friends plays it, he has beaten GM Shulman with it.
Congratulations on your very nice videos, I am sure your contributions are appreciated.

Splendid game and analysis and a fantastic result of course!
Your opening preparation is also very impressive and I feel I learned a lot from this.
cheers, Ingvar

Dear Morrison,
Very nice video indeed.
The game was complex, as you said, but you manage to guide me through it quite well! Impressive. I like your round about talk, it really puts me in the context of the game. I think the Leningrad is a perfect opening at club-level (that's were am at.), due to it's complexity and at some degree it's flexability. Though I have never appreciated the Nc6 variation.
It must be dangerous to write an opening book and then play that opening. Did you ask him, after the game, about his thought of opening choice? How he reasoned when doing his preps. before the game?
Regards/Bayes

Another great contribution. I hope you stick around and do more. Like another poster, I was enlightened by your discussion of your preparation work. Excellent!

Re: sqmorr - FM Graham Morrison v GM Neil McDonald [31:44]
We didn't have much of a chance to properly analyse after the game - he seemed pretty devastated by the loss. We did briefly chat about the fact that I had prepared for his Dutch defence and that I had also seen some games by his pupil (IM Thomas Rendle) in this line. He remarked that he thought at the start of the game that he was taking a bit of a risk playing this line but he took a "what the hell" attitude and just played it! He gave an impression of having done no special prep for the game with me. Cheers, Graham
