This is my contest entry for better or for worse.

It's not so bad, sorry to hear of your troubles... but that's what you get for having a Mac. Only problem I saw was that the volume on the mic was about 1/4 of that of the sound effects, so during the whole thing I was nearly deafened by clanking noises.

Anyway, it was a good game, thanks for sharing. I thought for sure your opponent was going to make crappy fast moves to get you to flag when it turned out he was the one who ran out of time!

It also looked like your opponent has worked really hard to prepare an opening where he's lost all of his central control and given Black a good game.

That was a nice game, clear thought throughout and nerves of steel in time pressure.

When video runs at 8 minutes and after he goes c3 I jumped when I saw you have discovered attack on queen that looks kind of attractive. Bh3+!? Of course white then has Kf2 and Kf3 but anyway: then you can just exchange and go Bf1.

I really like the way you squeezed life out of your opponent on time. Nice video. Maybe you could energize yourself a bit. You sounded a little flagmatic and not interested.

If I sounded disinterested it's because I had spent all freakin' day trying to overcome the limitations imposed on Mac users here and I was more concerned, at that point anyway, that the video would turn OK out as opposed to worrying about actually winning. I tried again to upload a video last night and again it took me multiple tries and about 7 hours of my time to upload one crummy 5 minute game- and it never appeared. I've requested that the site help us mac users by including Quicktime as a viable format but since I'm apparently the only mac user here interested in uploading videos no response to that request was received.

I give up.

Also, I did see the discovery but also his defence but I guess I just dismissed it at that point whereas your Bf1 suggestion didn't occur to me and might have been better than the game. Thanks for commenting.
