Interesting. Never heard of trebuchet before.

Excellent explanation -- I've studied the endgame before (from a book), and this video demonstrates all the lines of analysis very clearly. Well done.
(Except for one error at 5:03 -- Kd3 draws, not loses.)
Thanks for sharing! :-)

Very good. Nice explination of trebuchet(new one for me) and of trianglualtion. I have seen triangulation a couple times in books, but never really understood it.
I wish you had gone over 1. Ka3 though. I worked it out and figued out why it is bad, but you have to use triangulation to figure it out and so that was tricky. Also, that explanation would be a good addition to the concept of triangulation, how your opponent can use it against you.

Excellent video on an important endgame which I've probably seen more than I realise :)

Excellent video. It should be pointed out that, after White triangulates and plays 4.Kd2!, if Black instead of 4. ... Kb4 plays 4. ... Ka4 (with the idea of 5.Kd3? Kb4 or 5. Kc2 (or c3) Ka5 and White is not making progress), then White continues with 6. Ke3! to go on to win.
