First i would like to say that i really like all of your videos, you do a great job! But in some videos like this the sound is so quiet, that i cant understand what you are saying. It would be great if you can speak louder in your following videos! You are great, I am looking forward to your next videos!

 Re: Zibbit - Chess Tactics #8 [40:43]
Ok some videos I don't use headphones, just use the built in stuff on the computer...most of the time it's ok. On my computer and now testing it at my friends places it is more than fine. So probably you don't have very strong speakers on your laptop/computer. I can try to make it better on some videos to cater to those with bad speakers/headphones but to be honest I don't know if I can be bothered. But I'll keep it in mind...there have been occasional complaints about this.

Sound was fine for me. Bigpatzer, if you have a pair of headphones I would recommend trying that since it may work better than listening on laptop speakers.
b4! I didn't see it either. The position of the white knight really draws the attention away from the Black Queen's lack of squares though.
Thanks for posting the video, Ingvar.
In general, I think the problem sets on chesstempo have improved an enormous amount- clearly there is still some work to be done though. Richard seems to be a very hard worker and he does a great job making himself accessible so I'll mention your suggestion about rendering the board into some sort of examine-mode after doing the problem.

I have asked Richard to make this feature available and he said he put it on the to do list. I refuse to become a paying member of his site until he adds this feature. The fact that he did not think of this feature when he first created his site is surprising to me and given that he STILL has not implemented it...welll...he must not think it is very important. Also, the sound was very low in this video. I have my computer hooked up to the same home theater system I use to watch movies in dolby digital and it was still low. I could turn up the volume as much as I wanted, but then the background hiss became unbearable. I hope Zibbit will consider using a better microphone since his videos are enjoyed by so many people.

At about 27 min I saw Qh6 almost immediately, that surely made my day. I myself am about 1750 on chesstempo, in fact, I was around 1550 for some time when I started, but then I watched your pattern recognition videos and voila! Up 200 points. Many thanks.

Very nice video Zibbit. Your videos are clearly underrated by many...

The volume is ok as long as there isn't any other sounds but when I need to have it on MAX other sounds are really irritating and make video uncomfortable to listen.

 Re: Zibbit - Chess Tactics #8 [40:43]
Hey Bullrock, http://chesstempo.com/chess-forum/site_feedback/suggestions-t963.0.htmlHopefully it will not take too long to complete... I wonder if you started the thread? To Herrahuu, I find it so strange that my cheap $29 Sony speakers will play Zibbit videos with near-perfect audio and other people with undoubtedly more expensive equipment experience problems (and I have just about the cheapest sound card ever so I really don't get it...). I guess it's possible that my speakers are not good enough to pick up the interference?

Do Zibbit videos play for you at same volume as the rest of videos?

Nice observation, Herrahuu. Comparing this video to Curtains Mtel Round 6, Curtains video is noticeably louder.
The difference seems to be that when I turn up the volume on Zibbit's I don't experience problems with interference/other sounds.
