Awesome, thanks for doing this. Wang Yue's idea was really beautiful, I was so confused when i saw it live. "And the pawn runs ... it's gonna run straightforward though" is my favorite quote this time

Hehe had to rewatch didn't remember that quote...was actually a bit funny. In the video I totally forgot about the "sofia rule" so therefore there of course aren't any short draws!

 Re: Zibbit - VR-4: Mtel Rd 2 [53:27]
Referring to the position at ~38 minutes:
Fritz9 agrees with your idea. A stronger engine like Rybka may agree with you where Fritz9 differs, but:
37. ...Rxa3 38. Bg4 Rxc3 39. Qe1 Rc2 40. Bxe6 (Black will lose if he recaptures on e6) Rxf2 41. Ba2 Rxg2 42. Kxg2 Qxd6 and Black has 4 pawns for the bishop.
h4 was a beautiful move... Thanks for posting, Zibbit (saving game 3 for tonight).
Edit: Watched the last game where I thought 28. Nxd5 looked interesting but it leads to the same Kg8-h8 perpetual.

37:43 Famous mate 47.Qh4 gh4 48.g4 42:00 Taking on e5 would lose simply to Nc6.

 Re: Zibbit - VR-4: Mtel Rd 2 [53:27]
Yes I didn't really look for a win there, said "at least a perpetual maybe more" but of course Qh4 is a nice mate. The other one was a clumsy miss but a sneaky pin with 3 pieces between the queens. Of course I am going to miss something when I stick my neck out unprepared and look at the games without a computer. But thanks for blunder checking for me, obviously you are the greatest ever.

Lots of love, Zibbit, very nice. You definately deserves more comments. Don't mind rebelyell, he's always like that, also with Curtain's videos. He just wants to hide his incompetence by showing off. Who knows, he's probably checking everything you say with Rybka ...
