2nd game was a very nice grind. I think he should've kept the h-file closed by playing fxg3. Also, I think you've got some good general ideas about where to put your own pieces (like constant centralising of your pieces). Maybe you should keep in mind better though your advantages and look for them in a position. For example, in the 1st game you have the d-file at some point, which is an advantage to you (rooks like open files, you know that). So your opponent played Ree8, so he could play Rd8 after that. That was actually a very smart and active plan by your opponent. Don't worry so much about players 'worse' than you: they might just have their day or might still be new to the server or something: you never know. Just analyse your own games to see if you could've done better. Or post videos and let others analyse for you

, that would be my pick!
About the 1. d4 Nf6 2. Bg5 opening, it does look a bit weird, but it's a respected (although a side-line) opening called the Trompowsky. I guess (in Curtainian style 'I'm not a big expert on this") white gives his bishop up because your bishoppair doesn't matter that much (the position is relatively closed). I don't know if ...e5 was such a good move there, as it's hard to see you actually doing anything in the center and it weakens square f5 a lot! Envisage a knight entering on f5 and see what that does to your f8-bishop! I'm pretty sure your opponent didn't think of that, but it might be nice to keep in mind and maybe use it yourself in the future.
Anyway, keep it up! I enjoyed listening/watching
