Sensational game. I used to play this a bit as Black, it may be time to play it again Thanks Dennis, for mine, you are by far the best presenter on this site.

Hi Dennis,
This was a nice game. Used to play this gambit myself, but didn't know about (or can't remember) 13..g4. I missed one small line in your analysis: After 21..Rxd5 22.Qxd5 Ne1 maybe 23.e5 leads to a + for White? For instance: 23..Qf5 24.Rfxe1 Rd8 25.Qxd8 Kxd8 26.Bf4. But the weak light squares will still give Black compensation I guess.

Good lord what a complex game. Your videos are good testing grounds, and I always find myself seeing a move and going "I like that move", of course 30 seconds later you say "then I thought about X move, which looks ok at first, but is actually a horrible blunder" LOL. You are always calculating 4 or 5 moves past my horizon and it is very instructional to challenge myself against you

 Re: Dennis M.: A Wild von Hennig-Schara [48:38]
Fascinating game Dennis. Thanks for this and all the videos you do.
BTW, I don't see any reason why you can't mention the "other" video. It's not like you said it was without merit or you trashed the author or anything like that. You merely said it didn't cover an important position. I'm guessing you were referring to Boris Alterman's series on ICC. I've actually enjoyed many of his Gambit videos though like you (assuming this is who you're talking about) I've noticed that certain lines I was familiar with weren't covered. His videos are billed merely as introductions to the gambits in question so I think it's fine to note that certain videos of his fail to be encyclopedic in their scope. If on the other hand, you take issue with the quality of his analysis, then that would be useful info to your viewers here too. If it's merely a matter of stating an opinion, how can that be a problem? I'm sure if you had a negative opinion about that series in general, you could find a balanced, non-inflammatory way of stating that, because you seem to be that sort of fellow.
Thanks again at any rate.
