I remember there was an early video which mentioned Kosten's book on the English ((c)1999).
That reference may be out of date, but Kosten has fully endorsed Mihail Marin's Grandmaster Repertoire 3 ((c)2009).

BTW, I found some supplementary material for people learning Italian.
