it's good to pause the video at the start of a new puzzle and think for a minute while it's paused. then after unpausing you have a head start to follow zibbit's thoughts more easily, maybe even check your solution against his. the endgame ones were a bit strange, not too practical. but the ones with attacks on the king were very good exercises IMO. i won't mention specifics to avoid spoilers since this is the first comment.

Yes the study ones have nice solution of course but very diffcult to find and arent really as practical as tactical or attacking patterns that can actually occur in real games.

Nice one :) Thanks to your pattern recognition vids I saw the Lohman's idea straight away, so cheers for that!

Also got the last one pretty quickly, (or at least the first two moves). Never underestimate the power of deflection! One rook can just about defend an attack from three pieces but no rook surely has to be a quick mate.

Yup, a nice one and I should have done better since it has similar theme to one study I showed in one of my nuggets videos on favourites.
