KID players should also be aware of this brilliant Morozevich game: http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1641851 where Moro played 9..Qe5!(?!?!) with an ingenious plan of provocation. I loved the idea so I tried it out in a Blitz game against one of the strongest players in my club. It was an entertaining game, so I'll include it:
