A blitz game. I was quite pleased by how the attack seemed to come really quickly...I saw the initiative and just went for it relentlessly. Probably lots of mistakes but I quite like it anyway :)

Thanks! The game was 5 minutes and at move 27 I was already in a bit of time trouble, then the door bell rang. I think I would have seen it but having to get up and answer threw me off. I was a bit disappointed because I felt the build up to the attack was very nice, but after this distraction and finishing off the game while talking to someone, the quality of play really went down - Ra8 was also a bit of a weird move. But in any case I like the game because it shows how you can yank the initative in a seemingly quiet position, if you're forceful enough. Actually, like in your game, the opponent just rolled over and let me do what I want, then before he realised it he was already in danger.

I can understand the distraction problem. I had to resign to games before move ten today. For my own sense of inner calm I decided on this strategy a long time ago.
