Hello Dennis!

Very interesting games you played there, gotta love it how you analyze and how you fill in calculation exercises every now and then.
I haven't had much time recently to work on my chess or to even deal with anything chess-related, so it feels refreshing to see your top notch videos!

Keep it up!

Dennis,
Thanks for the great video. I especially liked the long discussion of the French Defense. I saw your review of Yevseev's book http://www.thechessmind.net/blog/2011/1 ... ench_.html and found it helpful. thanks--hms

Dennis,
I am not sure if the Nimzo plan of occupying d4 and e5 can give you a big advantage in the concrete situation it might be too slow. In the normal position the white knight is on f3 and can immediately jump to e5. With the knight on b3 however black has enough time to play his bishop via g6 to e4 and suddenly his minor pieces are very good. The only chnace to fight for an advantage then would be an exchange sac for the bishop on e4, but that's pretty risky...
