Nice smooth win. I'm that sure your tournament results "versus Houdini" will be better than your solitaire results for many reasons:
- More time
- More concentration
- Don't have to talk
- Openings and structures you're familiar with
- All your plans are your own, instead of sometimes having to guess how the real player intends to follow up a move that is somewhat surprising
It'll be interesting to see how big the difference is.

Just a quick note; 22:23 you mentioned 29...Qxc2 as being playable but it really has the same effect as what you quizzed us on after he played ...Rc4 - the tactic is the same. I noticed this so the quiz was pretty easy :D

I played Ben in the final round of the 2007 Albuquerque Open fighting for 1st place and I opted for Qe2 instead of d3. It was the first G/90 event I had played in and it's a shame as I felt I was winning that game but lost on time.

He's a nice kid but his middlegame approach can be unusual at times.
