Hi,
nice vid, not sure if you analyse games afterwards but I think there might be some learning experiences in there.
There was the possibility for you to play 13. Bxh7+ to answer 13. .. Kxh7 with 14. Ng5+ and 16. Qxg4+ netting you a pawn and an attack.
Furthermore you nicely centralised your queen and rook vs his isolated pawn. Very often the idea is then to attack the pawn once more with your pawn (so in this case to play e4) since he cant take as his pawn is pinned. However you abandoned that plan and went into a rook endgame where I dont think you have an advantage any more.
Just some thoughts, do with them what you like.

Thanks vicao, yes I did review the game offline later and found that I missed the obvious pawn move there. But I appreciate the comment!
