The quick answer is that Black is fine there: after 25.Qxc5 Qc7 26.Re8+, Black plays 26...Kd7 (27.Qxc7+ Kxc7 28.Rxa8 Bh6+ and 29...Rxa8) and benefits from the inevitable simplification. It's a good question and perhaps I should have addressed that particular move, though in my defense I think I noted the ...Bh6+ trick in one or two other spots.
