I'm with you, I find the Najdorf increasingly interesting. The more you learn, the more there is to learn - fun stuff! I sometimes play the line with a quick a3 (instead of the immediate 13. f5) but I don't follow it up with h2-h4 (seems too slow) and prefer Bh3 which can lead to some wild play. Objectively one can say that Black is equal or maybe better, but subjectively it leads to lively positions that I like to play, so against someone within 150-200 points of my rating or lower I will sometimes play this line.

Thanks for showing the Nunn-Browne game, I remember going over that game without annotations and picking through it. I couldn't believe Nunn held the draw.

Dennis, thanks a million for putting in all the hard work on this. I know it can get tedious, but you brought it of from beginning to end with enthusiasm and expertise.

I wanted to say thanks in a BIG way. I got to play the main line this weekend at the Albuquerque Open. I have posted the video at viewtopic.php?t=5539

One of the easiest points I ever had!
