Re: Dennis M.: Viewer Games, Episode 9 [48:34]
Hey, I really appreciate these videos. Some really interesting games, and thanks for going over my ending with the bishop and knight. I am so much more comfortable with the bishop than the knight in the ending, I often steer myself into that setup, even if it is worse. It was nice to hear which moves were stupid and why - and no, it doesn't hurt my feelings, it is good to get the truth instead of watered down, nice things like, not the best choice or whatever, it is better to just say that was an awful move and why Keep up the good work and thanks for contributing so much to the site!

A big, big thanks for this video. I know that i don't play the perfect moves but now i understand the Volga gambit a little bit better than normally i do, and may be i should play more tactically and improve on my board vision for not to miss the easiest moves and checkmates. Thanks!

Piggypoo, I'm glad you're enthusiastic about the video, but please limit the use of emoticons in future posts. It is distracting for members and makes it hard to have a discussion about the video.
Thanks!

Re: Dennis M.: Viewer Games, Episode 9 [48:34]
Hi there! IMO that ending in position 15:01 is a draw because of 1.Kf7 a1Q 2.Kg8 and I think black cannot prevent white from advancing pawn to h7 (while covered h8 by white) like : 2.Kg8 Qa8+ 3.Kg7 Qh2 4.Kh8 (in genneral just moving only Kh8-g7-g8 squares) and its just draw possition because of that pawn is on h file = if played correctly from white it just have to be draw because of threatning stalemates. ... and that knights ending before that .. it just doesn't feel right you know? .. but I didn't counted it
