I want to keep these videos around 15 minutes max, so I'm not able to show every variation of course. Below are the FENs/pgns of all three positions in case anyone wants to have a closer look at one of the positions. Hi Hitchhiker I am new to this forum and very excited b watching this site. I have little problem with your post is i am not able to show your video because it take to long time to loading. Send me some short video size which is easy loaded. So i do not have idea about what do you want to show through this video. I am a computer engineer so you can ask me any question related to my subject. I will try to give right advice.

i have no problem with this video, maybe it is a problem on your end greamjohn? or a server problem? I doubt hitchhiker has any control over this.

I have exactly zero control over this
If you have problems viewing the video you should ask in the technical support section and/or message Admin.
Tricks Traps Mate is a small series that I started a while ago about tactics in recent GM games, usually played only a few days ago.

Wonderful examples, all of them. The last game may have been home prepared by Mamedarov, but maybe not, it just looks like it to me.
Keep 'em coming! That was fun.

Re: Hitchhiker - Tricks Traps Mate 2: EU Team Ch 1 [17:05]
Thanks :)
I'm not sure about home-preparation at move 40? I wouldn't put it past Mamedyarov to find the move himself, he is very strong after all. If it was home prep he still deserves credit for preparing that deeply. :P

I didn't realize the position was that far along, but then again, some lines for these guys do go that deep. Take the Maroczy Bind for example, there they have it down to a drawn ending with K, P's and R each. Makes me glad I'm AM a patzer!

Thank you, Hitchhiker. Some very nice combinations. (I found the solution to the second position.)
