1. Qf1 is the key move

no matter what piece black moves it's a mate in three or less.
h6 pr h5 pawn moves Qb3 next move mates

g5 or g5 = mate in 2.

g4 = Kf8+ mate in one

any move by the bishop will allow the queen to attach the h6 pawn and take the bishop on the next move.

1. Qf1 is mate in 3 (found by Rybka)
Be5 Qf5 and Qxh7 next move. Basically the queen moves where it attacks the bishop to deny the g6 defense. Like 1. Bd4 and Qd3 and mate next move. Also g4 Ng6+ fxg6 Qh3#
