Post Uploading problem (camstudio file format???)
Hi,
in the tutorial posting MPEG4 was given as the file format to chose.
My camstudio version only supports the following formats:
Microsoft Video 1
Cinepak Codec by Radius
Intel Indeo® Video 4.5
Intel IYUV Codec

As only Microsoft Video1 had a good output quality I chose that for recording a video (the other all had strange colors and stripes).
The file size seems to be quite large, 102MB for ca. 15 minutes.
The Web-Uploader needed a very long time just to return me a server error 500.
So, what went wrong?

Are you using dashboard uploader? If so, are you using Google Chrome? I got a server error today too but I was using Safari. I didn't remember that I had used the wrong browser until I had already uploaded via the script method. Of course you may also be referring to the windows uploader which I know nothing about. You can always PM admin though sometimes he takes a while between checking his messages.

I'm not a technical guy- I only replied because no-one else did. I know that Quicktime and AVI are OK. I'm not sure about wmv formats though- hopefully someone else will reply :)
