is it Bg5? to capture the bishop and then put the queen on h file... i am not sure.

You need 2 more moves to put the Queen on the h-file and mate after Bg5. Look for a faster way ! :]

1.Bb6 followed by 2.Qh6 seems pretty winning, threatening mate on h7 and if the rook moves Qxg6 utilizing the pin.

Yep.

Best play for black is actually 1 .. Bxd5 and 2.. Bxa2, giving up the queen for an annoying attack. The computer gives something like:

1.Bb6 Bxd5 2.Bxc7 Bxa2 3.Qh6 Rfc8 4.Rxd6 Bg7 5.Qh7+ Kf8 6.Rc6 a3 7.bxa3 bxa3 8.Rc5 Bb2+ 9.Kd2 Bg7 10.Be5 Rd8+ 11.Ke3 f6 12.Bc7 Bg8 13.Qxg6 Rdc8 14.Ra5 and white has the a-pawn under control and will win, but in practice most black players won't defend that ambitiously.
