I thought 15...Qb3 crushed. He is so undeveloped that there just has to be a way to break in. something along the lines of 16.Bd4 Qc2 17.Rd1 and maybe here there is something, like ...Be6 threatening Rc8 (I don't think he'll have time to take on h8, but I may be wrong), or ...Nc3 or maybe simply castling at that point. All you would have invested at this point is one pawn. Looks like a fun position to study, can't wait to get home and look at this a bit more when I have the time.

this is #16, #15 doesn't upload. I have even renamed the file and nothing yet...currently waiting. I should ftp them it would be easier. If I start doing 3 a day it would be easier.

At move 15 what about ...Qb3 16. Bxd4 Qc2 with the double threat of a mate and Nxd4, picking up the bishop due to the position of white's queen?

Really quick analysis btw I didn't check this in Fritz or anything and didn't spend long on it...maybe there's a quick refutation...just throwing it out there!

Edit: Fritz likes the idea. If Bxd4 then Qc2 picks up the piece, which means white has to leave the pawn on d4.

i havent checked that out but your probably right.. do you guys know if at one point we will be able to upload in mp4? its a much smaller size i tried configuring a a video with a cam shot on it and it was about 3 gigs in size... it will take me a eternity to upload.

Wow! 3 gigs, that's huge. What format is it in? avi? I have a program that does great editing (PowerDirector) but only does it in avi, I then have to convert it into wmv (much smaller and faster) via Camtasia Studio.

It really cut down the upload time and time-outs. A 30 minute avi took a long time to upload, but the same length in wmv is done in a couple of minutes.

You can probably search CNET or the like for free video convertors, they're out there.

I take it you want to have HD feeling to your videos (I gave up on that, it's chess, not Hollywood) so if you want you can do the vid's in your favorite HD settings and convert a copy for web friendly uploads maintaining your original copy for DVD's.

Yep, avoid avi if you can- monstrously large file sizes with no discernible quality dividend. I'm a Mac guy so all I can tell you is that Quicktime (h.264) works very well.

Seems like you are uploading OK. I haven't heard from admin- maybe he contacted you? He often takes days to respond- I guess he's busy. BTW, video looks a lot better with the new dimensions.
