Well-played by the youngster. Philip shows a solid understanding of the French defense! The king move was just an accident, of course.

Kamus, great video per your usual standards. The one thing i'd say is that you sometimes seem to over-rely on Houdini, even when Houdini plays these non-intuitive moves that a strong human may not even see or play. At our level, it's not necessary to play like a 3000+ rated cyborg, a good goal is to play like a strong human. I felt some of the cyborg lines were rattled off quickly and it can be difficult to understand the logic behind such moves.

Anyway, sorry to nitpick. 'Twas a good game and a good video. :)

First of all, thanks for taking the time to view and comment. I'm very appreciative of all suggestions from you (and really any CVTV member.) I agree with you- I sometimes rely on Houdini too much mainly because I don't trust my own analysis (being a sub 1700 player and all). Other times though, I rattle lines off because I want to be as concise as possible but in most cases I have prepared the analysis in advance and understood to my satisfaction why Houdini made its moves- though I certainly can't claim to understand them 100% of the time- at those times, I guess I figure that the stronger players here will understand. My pace is probably too quick on these occasions and I will try to be aware of that in the future. Again, thanks for the constructive criticism and please don't hesitate to point out where I can improve in the future.
