nice video i am also a victim of negative chess psychology .rite after i make the move and i realize it was a bad one i feel so bad that i cant make a good move for the rest of the game.i guess it was the same thng with you in the opening.

I did notice something different about your time management; hopefully it works better for you in the future, although it almost seems like calming down while playing could also be helpful.

Re1 was really instructive from practical point of view and I liked black's idea of doubling your pawns and blocking the f1 bishop as well. Thanks for the instructive video
