Welcome to the site Aakash!

I have some suggestions:
- The sound was quite bad, because you used the internal microphone of your computer. A cheap external microphone would really improve the sound.
- As you are using a Chessbase product, it helps the viewer if you mark the squares that you talk about (Alt + click for green) or using arrows (Alt + click & drag)

What I would have added:
- An explanation of the plans for both sides. Especially black's plans of changing the pawn structure are important.
- You mentioned that white has to prevent b6-b5. I think some explanation would help to understand why. I remember a model game by Smyslov (but I am not sure), where black was able to control all light squares after b5.
- Another idea after c3-c4 is Bxf3 followed by e6-e5, like played in e.g. Haag-Flesch Hungary 1966 or Portisch-Karpov Bugojno 1978
