This is a bit difficult to just look at this picture and guess the outcome. I am so sorry but I won't be able to tell the exact move without the chess board.

Qa7 - c5. The white queen is unable to escape the pressure the black queen is placing on it so there will be a trade of queens. Nd7 will then advance to c5 to remove the white queen from the game. Unfortunately, the queens are removed from the game but due to the tightness of white's defenses the knights are more suited for this type of game. Black has an advantage of 2 knights to 1. Moreover, Nd7 advances toward the whites placing further pressure on them.

Do people agree or is there a better option? This is the move that made sense to me.

Since this is a puzzle he is probably thinking more something like 1...Rxg3 2.hxg3 Ne4 and taking on f2 etc...
