How much do you have to pay to get a good one? I seem to have this buzz noise in my videos. Is it also possible to remove that noise by editing?

I have never heard any problems on your videos. :)
I got a Logitech a-374a headset on sale for like $20

But i don't think you need to buy a mic. People need to stop complaining, it's not like you are recording some Grammy nominated songs. These are the same people who complain that a chess video doesn't have 1080 pixel high-definition resolution haha.

Yep, I have not heard any buzzing either. Because you asked, it is possible to remove a buzz in editing but it's surely not worth the bother if most people are OK with the audio as it is. I use two mikes (besides the built-in mic). The Samson GoMic which I use when I'm traveling (about $33 iirc) which is a bit better than the built-in and the Blue Yeti mic (about $93) which sounds terrific.

Thanks for all your great videos, BTW!

 Re: Microphones
There is actually a problem. The more you put the volume up in my videos the more you will hear this annoying backround noise. Kingscrusher or curtains for example do not have this problem. Some people can not hear well so they can not avoid this. Also I do not know how badly this sounds in speakers. This buzz effect is actually unbearable in my desktop computer. I read something about grounding. Could this just be a electricity problem?
