Interesting game and a good example for the old rule not to weaken your pawn structure where your opponent attacks, 16 ...g6 must be wrong and should be played only when forced by e4-e5.
I assume black must play 16 ...Nd7, maybe to c5 to get counterplay. Black has doubled on the c-file and without weakening the defense of c2 this is useless.
22 g6+ finishes black off on the spot, 22...Ke8 (only move) 23 gxh7. Your continuation allows the black king to take a walk to the center, however, the attack must win with black playing two pieces down (Ra8 and Nb8).

EDIT: Just realized that 22 Qh5+ is even stronger and after 22 ... Kf8 23 Bg6!! and mate in few moves
