Good game. Some notes:

- He should definitely have gone for the hanging pawns (or b3, to prevent your move). Letting you go c4 gives you counterchances on the queenside. Maybe he could have tried some crazy undermining with operation with 14. b3 b5 15. a4 a6 16 e4, but he would have to do it asap.

- 20..axb5 is better to keep the pawns connected, play b4, etc. I wonder what made you choose Bxb5.

- Like the engine indicated (and you acknowledged) at some point, your best shot was probably to play b3 when his rooks were doubled on the a-file (to take away a2), then attack b2. Very difficult position for White. Also giving your King some more space first would have helped. In general, creating an optimal environment for your pieces (K + Q in this case) before pushing pawns is very important. Has the added benefit of giving your opponent chances to go wrong.
