 Endgame simulator R v Q II problem
Yooo guys, whaddup? Long time no see.

This initial position doesn't fulfill its purpose, in that the rook falls after white plays 1. Kf5.
For example: Rb8, Qe4+, Kh3, Qg4+, Kh2, Qf4+.

Black is basically in zugzwang.

My suggestion would be to let black start with a centralized and connected king and rook.

Haven't been around in years, hope I'm not being annoying.

Not annoying at all, Hiddie! I'm not sure if this will be fixed as the owners are essentially absentee at this point. I believe you can submit your own simulator positions- perhaps you could submit an improved version?

Of course one can create an own endgame simulator problem, but where to link it from?
The wiki isn't working and probably never will again, all you can still do is to look at the source.
Some time ago I posted a link to an external site that links to the positions they created, but I am not sure if that is a real solution for adding positions.

Veni, vidi, fleri!
