Ever heard of a practice before you film? Got a bit confusing at points. I'd just cxd4 on move 8 and avoid all the drama. As black I prefer the Traxler Counter Attack. It's a lotta fun.
It is funny that I have a student that loves to attack with the Fried Liver so when someone 225 points above him tried it against him he creamed the kid.
Like your signature phrase "Never fear...".

Cool video JWhis.:-)

One point? Call the opening what ever you want. As long as you get the point across. Probably a good way to attract people who fear it would be to call it the Fried Liver Decline. Cause that is what it is.;-) Opening sticklers can be annoyed by your representations all they want. Probably won't help them play better chess.

You need to take notes before the video and computer check the lines you suggest. In one instance you miss a simple mate in 1, and many others where you say "Black is better" the position is actually unclear and your lines are dubious.

Thank you though, there's an idea or two that you did get right.

b5 is a good way to meet the Liver if you have proper preparation. Without good prep, black is lost.... White is not refuted if he knows the right way to play.
