You should really study the Botwinnik setup ! e2 IS the best square for the knight, not f3.

Also, some ''signals'' after Ne8! (Fischer's move):

f4 by White -> f5! by Black, otherwise White's pawns are rolling
Rb1/a3 -> a5, the knight on e8 goes to c7
Be3 -> Nd4 to prevent d4

Study Botwinnik's games. If you are a fan of latvian players like I am, check out Normunds Miezis.

You can also use Botwinnik's setup against anti-sicilians.

My extent of experience with the English are these two games, but thanks a ton for the advice Fox! Going to have to remember that
