Cvtv is going strong! Our Teamleague team is successful so far in round 5, with chances to reach the playoffs. Cvtv legend KingsBlade returns for Beginners Back Rank Mate. JoshSpecht reviews Studying Chess Made Easy by Andrew Soltis. Veteran JWhis keeps producing videos, this time a game against eternalnovice. And dewetha praises the wisdom of the board.

In addition to that, curtains continues to amaze with his World Championship Coverage. Kamus recorded his own version of Amateurs Mind and covers one of the games as well, from the perspective of a normal club player. An interesting exercise for sure!

On to tournament play. With the summer and many tournaments ahead, we had a discussion about adjusting from weekenders to 9 round tournaments. With the tournaments comes the coverage: augelmo's Minnesota Championships round 1 and round 2 against IM Bartholomew and FM Nagle respectively; and peter91's game 1 and game 2 of a tournament he recently played.
